The Alliances & Channels Team supports the growth of the Global SMB OU through close alignment with Salesforce’s Partner Ecosystem. The SMB Alliances team supports the LATAM Partner Sales team in driving business growth.
Responsibilities include:
- Revenue Attribution for Open and Closed Opportunities
- Demand Generation with Partners
- Partner Onboarding
- Ecosystem Insights for Sales leaders using AI tools
As a key role of Partner Sales Intern, you will be supporting the Partners across the LATAM region. For details, please refer to the detailed tasks below.
- Partner Success Tracking
- Align with the Sales Team to understand which partners are involved in which opportunities
- Ensure Partner requests assigned to you receive prompt responses and are resolved within SLA
- Qualify new partner applications and evaluate the potential of the partnership
- Work on special projects focused on Ecosystem Growth at scale, new partner onboarding and sales engagement
- Reporting & Analysis
- Analyze enablement results, including attendance, engagement, and performance metrics.
- Generate insights to help improve team effectiveness
- Support the creation of summary reports for internal stakeholders.
Key Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree with graduation date between December/2027 and June/2028.
- Intermediate English
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Enthusiasm for building a career in sales and technology.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated with a passion for learning and personal growth.
- Previous internship or work experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
Preferred Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal communications/ leadership experience
- Experience with program operations
- Well balanced on agility and flawless execution
- Familiar with work environment like Mac, Google office software, Slack and IT tools
- High level of Interest in partner ecosystems and project management
- Active attitude in meeting partners and internal stakeholders
