About this role

Employer-provided description, formatted for easier reading.

This role is the primary execution engine for in-person SMB events and campaigns, owning on-the-ground delivery of SMB Field Marketing across South Asia. Based in Bengaluru or Gurugram, it sits at the intersection of field events, partner-led programs, demand generation, and sales development collaboration, ensuring high-quality delivery of SMB campaigns and events that directly drive pipeline growth.

The role partners closely with the SMB Sales and SDR teams, reseller partners, and industry associations, executing with deep local market fluency.

SMB In-Person Events

Leads on-ground execution of SMB events run in partnership with ecosystem partners and industry associations. Coordinates sales nominations, aligns event content, including presentations and demo, manages event creatives, and ensures on-site readiness.

Coordination with Partners, Resellers and Agencies

Manages coordination with authorized SMB partners and resellers to drive consistency in event execution and customer experience. Partners with event agencies for production, creative assets, and on-site logistics across multi-city programs. Maintains operational discipline through budget tracking and vendor briefings.

SDR Collaboration & Enablement

Acts as the primary marketing partner to the SDR team, running regular syncs, joint campaign reviews, and enablement sessions to keep execution aligned with active campaigns. Tracks SDR feedback on lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution - using these insights to sharpen campaign targeting and audience segmentation.

Pipeline & Audience Generation

Partners with SDR and In-house Telemarketing teams to prioritize and follow up with SMB leads from events and campaigns, including re-engaging archived leads and dormant opportunities from the past 12 months.
