  • Agile Delivery Leadership: Lead with frameworks such as Scrum and SAFe. Drive sprint execution, backlog prioritization, and delivery predictability. Build and guide high-performing cross-functional teams.
  • Program Planning & Roadmap: Develop and manage integrated plans and delivery roadmaps. Provide transparency on progress, risk visibility, and dependency management.

  • Resource & Budget Management: Plan and optimize resources. Manage budgets and forecasts, track financials, and mitigate delivery and financial risks.
  • AI-Enabled Productivity: Champion the strategic adoption of approved AI technologies to improve team efficiency and streamline delivery cycles.
  • Industry & Domain Expertise: Hands-on experience leading complex, end-to-end digital transformation programs across CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Marketing, Tableau, and ITSM.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Ability to flex working hours across time zones to support global customer needs.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of total IT industry experience, including 5+ years delivering Salesforce projects.
  • Proven experience managing Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and/or Industry Clouds.
  • Experience with migration projects where Salesforce platforms or clouds are the source or the target.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce delivery lifecycle, and the ability to partner with Architects and Technical Leads (hands-on configuration is not required).
  • Ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and assertively with senior stakeholders and executives.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) , given daily interaction with global teams and customers.
  • Salesforce certification (at least one): Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or Experience Cloud Consultant.
  • Project management / agile certification (at least one): PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, PRINCE2, CSM, or PSM.
  • Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps (ADO), MS Project, Smartsheets, and Google Workspace.
  • Working knowledge of AI-enabled delivery tools (for example, Gemini, NotebookLM) and an agentic delivery mindset.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Ability to work onsite in Mexico City one day per week.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience delivering Salesforce projects in the CPQ domain (Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud Advanced, Industry CPQ) or Life Sciences.
  • Knowledge of MuleSoft, Salesforce Data Cloud, or other integration and data platforms.
  • Salesforce Agentforce Specialist or Legend certification, with experience managing Agentforce projects.
