Role Description
We're seeking a Senior Manager, Employee Success Business Partner (ESBP) for a period of 12 months, to provide a full range of HR business support to our Nordics organization.
This hire will work closely with fellow ESBPs, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and vital team members to advise, drive strategy, and influence the business leaders and employee groups they support ("client groups") on People Strategy, Equality, Organizational Design & Development, Change Leadership, Engagement & Retention, and Leader Development & Coaching — while orchestrating solutions across the region.
This role reports into the Senior Director, ESBP Northern Europe, based in Amsterdam. Additional EMEA-wide activities may be assigned as applicable, in agreement with the EMEA SVP, Employee Success.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, wants to make a significant impact across critical business areas, and is looking to work with a strong ESBP team.

- Lead complex initiatives with significant impact on client group needs, including employee retention, talent assessment, succession planning, organizational design, compensation planning (equity, bonus, merit), and leadership development
- Promote People Strategies aligned with business goals, focused on the talent needed to realize the vision
- Deliver results through development, succession planning, career development, and skills-gap analysis
- Partner between COEs and regional HR teams to deliver seamless HR processes and programs across the Nordics
- Leverage HR programs, policies, processes, and systems effectively
- Provide client groups with analysis of organizational "health" — trends in performance, employee satisfaction, attrition, diversity, etc.
- Demonstrate proficiency in, and partnership with, other functional areas of HR
- As part of the ESBP team, contribute to cross-functional initiatives beyond your immediate client group
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience plus a minimum of 8+ years of related HRBP experience; or Master's degree or equivalent experience plus a minimum of 6+ years
