Along with supporting end-to-end L&D for all employees across the JPKT region, this role will specifically help shape the first impressions of new Salesforce employees in Korea, ensuring they receive a world-class onboarding experience that reflects our company culture and values.
Position Overview
The Employee Learning & Onboarding Coordinator has a vital role in delivering exceptional learning and new hire onboarding experiences across the JPKT region especially in Korea. This position focuses on coordinating and executing employee learning and onboarding programs, ensuring every Salesforce Korea employee experiences the same excitement and inspiration that they would at global Salesforce events.

Key Responsibilities
Program Management
- Execute, maintain and facilitate in-person and virtual learning experiences provided by ES in Korea (Seoul office) with a primary focus on the Discovering Salesforce (DSF) new hire program.
- Provide translation and localization support (English to Korean and/or Japanese to Korean) for ES program content especially for employee learning and onboarding.
- Maintain proactive stakeholder management with local and regional ES team on planning and execution of learning events, and with hiring managers through to new hires' week one.
- Manage vendor relationships and sourcing for learning events.
Logistics and Operations
- Oversee end-to-end program logistics including room booking and layout, catering and swag, expense tracking, room setup and supporting attendees.
- Maintain standard operating procedures, and monitor program effectiveness and provide regular feedback to program leads.
- Specifically for DSF, ensure seamless coordination for candidate from pre-hire to week one. Examples: calendar invites, Q&A support, data collection and analysis, travel support as needed.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Maintain clear communication channels with global ES Employee Learning leads especially Japan-based team. Contribute to continuous improvement of global employee learning and onboarding processes.
- Work closely with Korea-based ES team to identify and solve for regional level learning needs.
- Partner with ES Ops on learning management processes and improvement of onboarding processes. Support and execute other ES led programs as needed.
- Partner with Tech & Communications team for centralized onboarding initiatives. Partner with Badgeforce team to ensure new hires are receiving their badges.

Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in Korean + English or Korean + Japanese
- 3+ years of experience in event management or program coordination
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in employee learning, onboarding or HR event planning
- Familiarity with virtual event platforms and hybrid event management
- Knowledge of Korean business culture and corporate protocols
- Experience working in a global, matrix organization
