About this role

As a Data and AI Governance Sales Specialist, you will own your business segment, a dynamic, cross-industry space that is one of the fastest-growing segments for Salesforce in the Kingdom.

You will act as the primary point of contact for data management solutions, specifically Data Governance, Data Quality, and Data Security , serving clients across diverse industries.

Reporting directly to the EMEA Specialist VP Sales, this is an individual contributor role with the strategic weight of a sector lead, backed by the full power of the Salesforce ecosystem.

What You'll Actually Be Doing >>

  • Strategic Ownership: Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for your region, acting as the strategic owner of your territory and driving the pipeline from prospecting through to close.
  • C-Suite Relationship Building: Build deep, lasting relationships with CXOs, CIOs, and IT leaders across diverse industries, translating complex data challenges into high-impact business outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Solution Architects, Professional Services, and strategic partners to deliver seamless customer outcomes and maximize deal value.
  • Pipeline Excellence: Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting within Salesforce CRM using the MEDDPICC methodology, and articulate the value of Data Integration, Quality, and Governance as the foundation for AI-driven business transformation.

You're Our Person If >>

  • You have a proven track record of quota-carrying sales experience within Data Management software, a history of overachievement, and an established network of local contacts.
  • You possess a demonstrated ability to navigate varied organizational structures across multiple industries and build champions within both business and technical functions.
  • You have a proven ability to manage complex sales cycles up to C-level executives, professional fluency in English and Arabic, and are based in KSA.

Even Better If >>

  • You possess deep expertise in Data Management, specifically around data governance, data quality, and integration technologies.
  • You have strong familiarity with the broader commercial landscape across multiple KSA verticals.
  • You hold a degree or equivalent experience; we evaluate backgrounds on core competencies, including extracurricular leadership, military experience, or volunteer work.
