Job Description
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure supplier meets quality, cost and delivery requirements
- Investigate quality issues, analyze defects and implement corrective action with the supplier
- Ensure corrective action effectiveness to prevent recurrence
- Work with cross functional team in resolving quality issues
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers and internal teams
- Conduct supplier audits to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Adheres to participate in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and well-being of self and others.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree.
- 7 years relevant experience in absence of degree.
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
- MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint proficient.
- Strong written and verbal communication and reasoning skill
