RTX has an opening for a SAP Principle Source to Pay Systems Expert
What You Will Do
- Influence others within the work area through explanation of facts, policies and practices
- Work to achieve day-to-day objectives with moderate impact on the work area
- Works autonomously with limited supervision on larger, moderately complex projects/assignments.
- Design, unit test, and implement Source to Pay applications while working closely with functional team
- Candidate will use Scaled Agile Framework, to set objectives for own area of responsibility to meet the objectives or goals of the projects and assignments
- Candidates will communicate with parties within and outside of own team
- Explain policies, practices and procedures of the work area to others within the organization, influences decision-makers with recommended course of action
- Candidate will have strong customer service approach
- Candidate will be responsibilities for making minor changes or enhancements in systems and processes to solve problems and improve effectiveness of work area
Qualifications You Must Have
- BS degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics(STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
- Experience with SAP development standards and methodology with experience maintaining documentation and supporting the change control process
- Experience conducting design reviews with peers and working application upgrades and defects
- Experience with developing test plans for new or modified programs and testing, designing, implementing, and documenting fixes
- Experience with issue resolution and root cause analysis
Qualifications We Prefer
- Raytheon CORE Certification
- General knowledge of all Source to Pay applications
- Knowledge or skills related to User Experience (UX)
- Working knowledge of the OSS process
- Working knowledge of the Ariba Configuration and development process

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
