- We are seeking a skilled individual to join our Program team supporting the Withheld Program A Terminal Modernization programs.
- The Ground & Maritime Program Manager (PM) plays a pivotal role in overseeing and supporting the comprehensive execution of Withheld Programs.
- This responsibility encompasses managing various elements such as cost, schedule adherence, technical performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- The PM will also be tasked with handling priced options, pre-planned engineering modifications, and identifying potential growth avenues.
- A key aspect of this role is the ability to cultivate and maintain strong business relationships, promptly address customer requirements, and effectively lead a team to meet organizational goals.
- In this position, the PM will hold full accountability for critical components of the program, which includes the management of a viable program baseline, implementation of earned value management techniques, and the identification and mitigation of risks and opportunities.
- The PM must ensure that all contractual obligations and financial commitments are met, thereby guaranteeing the program’s success.
- This role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and strategic planning, as well as the capacity to juggle multiple priorities while driving the team towards achieving the desired business outcomes.
- This is an Onsite position at either our Marlborough, MA or Largo, FL site.
- Relocation is not provided.
Qualifications
You Must Have:
- Project & Program Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall, and basic program frameworks
- Typically requires: Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience OR Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
- Planning & Scheduling: Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Gantt charts, timeline and milestone creation
- Tools Proficiency: Experience with MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Risk & Quality Management: Ability to identify, assess, mitigate risks and ensure project standards
- Budget & Resource Planning: Basic budgeting and cost tracking using spreadsheets or PM software, understanding of Earned Valued Management methodologies
- Reporting & Analytics: Preparing status updates, dashboards, and performance reports
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Certifications: CAPM, PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent demonstrate commitment and PM knowledge
- Tools Proficiency: JIRA
- Technical/Domain Knowledge: DoD prime contracting, system integration, sustainment
- Communication & Stakeholder Management: Clear oral/written communication, active listening, stakeholder alignment
- Leadership & Teamwork: Leading team members, motivating, conflict resolution, consensus-building
- Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Handling unexpected challenges, staying flexible, pivoting approaches

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. T
