What You Will Do

• Manage MRB activities, including nonconformance disposition, QN closure, and inventory reduction.
• Coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and drive corrective actions.
• Monitor MRB aging, QN TAT, and compliance with aerospace quality requirements.

What You Will Learn

• Aerospace quality standards, MRB processes, and nonconformance management.
• Root cause analysis, supplier quality management, and corrective actions.
• SAP quality systems, material traceability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

You Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience in quality, manufacturing, or nonconformance management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

Qualifications

We Prefer

• Experience in aerospace manufacturing or a regulated industry.
• Knowledge of SAP, AS9100, MRB processes, and Quality Notifications.
• Experience in supplier coordination, root cause analysis, and process improvement.
