Missions Principales :
Basé sur le site de Colomiers, rattaché à l’atelier Moving Line NEO , secteur des Opérations, vous réaliserez les missions principales suivantes :
-A l’issue d’une formation (avec tuteur / training center), vous maitriserez les process de montage des différents postes de travail de la ligne : brackets, Engine Mount, hoses, harnais, tubes, IDG, sous-ensembles systèmes (NAI, ECS), Noze Cowl.
-Vous réalisez des opérations de torquage (clé intelligente et mécanique),
-Vous effectuez des tests électriques, hydrauliques et pneumatiques suivant les spécifications du standard work associé.
-Vous réalisez également des opérations d’application de joints, de vernis, et de primaire selon les spécifications requises.
-Vous contribuerez activement à l’amélioration continue de l’activité (5S, Turnback, process, outils et instructions de travail) ainsi qu’à l’ambiance positive de votre secteur (Collins Path).
Profil
De formation initiale CQPM Mécanicien ou équivalent, vous justifiez d'une expérience professionnelle au sein d’un atelier. Vous maîtrisez la lecture et l’analyse des documentations techniques. Vous connaissez les techniques de montage mécanique, d’assemblage, les techniques de manutention.
Vous savez monter des éléments pour obtenir des ensembles et systèmes mécaniques, hydrauliques, carburants, électriques. Vous êtes force de proposition. Vous faîtes preuve de réactivité et de polyvalence (manutention/support aux autres ateliers).
Vous appréciez travailler en équipe. Rigueur, autonomie, intégrité sont des qualités indispensables pour réussir à ce poste. Les habilitations nacelle élévatrice et pont roulant sont un plus.
