We are seeking an experienced Senior Facility Security Officer (FSO) and Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) to lead security for our mission-critical offensive cyber programs at our San Antonio, TX site.

In this dual role, you will oversee all security operations and compliance for our cleared facilities and classified programs, ensuring adherence to the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), Special Access Program (SAP) directives, and contract-specific requirements.

You will lead a team of two security professionals, serve as the primary point of contact for government security representatives, and act as a trusted advisor to leadership, fostering a culture of security awareness and accountability while supporting innovative solutions to emerging cyber threats.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with deep knowledge of government security regulations, strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced national security environment.

This position requires a current active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
