Staff Analog Engineer

The Staff Analog Engineer in our Sensors Division team in Prague will be responsible for the design of analog circuits and integrated analog systems. This includes designing circuits that are optimized for the specific application and developing the overall system architecture to support the product design.

• Design and develop high-performance analog and mixed-signal ICs for automotive and industrial applications.
• Model, simulate, and verify mixed-signal systems using state-of-the-art EDA tools.
• Provide technical leadership and act as lead designer for key circuit blocks, ensuring successful product delivery to production.
• Contribute to feasibility studies and actively engage with customers to define and refine technical requirements.
• Perform circuit design, simulation, and analysis to optimize performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
• Collaborate closely with system architects, digital, layout, product, and test engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Conduct design reviews, ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards, and support final product qualification.
• Produce high-quality technical documentation, mentor junior engineers, and drive engineering excellence through best practices and continuous innovation.
• 8+ years of experience in analog and mixed-signal IC design.
• University degree level qualification in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of analog design principles, semiconductor physics, and mixed-signal IC development.
• Proven track record of designing complex analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits from concept through production.
• Proficient in solving complex technical challenges with a strong passion for innovation and engineering excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively, build strong working relationships, and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and willing to undertake occasional international travel as required.
