Under the general direction of the Operations Manager, the incumbent provides administrative support to the sales team, reporting & analysis of sales data, and sales user training with a high level of professionalism and organization in a fast paced environment.

Summary of essential job functions

  • Support Sales reps to complete their day-to-day activities
  • Responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures
  • Support data quality process to maintain effective customer and prospect information
  • Complete special projects as needed and other duties assigned
  • Facilitate and train new and existing Salesforce users
  • Continued database clean up and testing of updates in Salesforce
  • Support order processing tasks and maintain responsibility for order consistency
  • Complete cases submitted to Sales Operations queue within 24 hours

Minimum requirements

  • 1 Year Salesforce experience preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced skill with Excel and Google applications (Calendar, Email, Google Docs); familiarity with CRM (Salesforce) and database management systems highly desirable
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
  • Undergraduate degree in business administration or related discipline and up to two years of administrative experience; or combination of education and work experience
  • Strong verbal, written, interpersonal and customer service skills; demonstrated ability to represent the company with internal employees, visitors and vendors
  • Self-starter with a pro-active, take charge orientation
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with a high attention to detail
