To perform the production planning function in order to render punctual delivery to customers for the assigned product family.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage production schedules to meet customer demand and departmental KPIs.
- Coordinate material supply, production activities, and delivery commitments to ensure on-time shipment.
- Communicate with customers on delivery schedules, sample requests, and order status updates.
- Monitor production progress and resolve scheduling issues with internal teams and external partners.
- Maintain product and process master data and support budgeting, reporting, and continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and management system requirements, including participation in audits, training, and assigned company initiatives.
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Communicate in Mandarin.
- Internship or project experience in manufacturing, production planning, supply chain, or operations.
- Basic knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Understanding of production planning, inventory control, or logistics concepts.
- Knowledge of semiconductor, electronics, or manufacturing industries.
- Experience using data analysis tools such as Excel Pivot Tables, Power Automate.
