  • Execution and coordination of electrical and mechanical maintenance activities on handler systems, including manufacturer liaison and spare parts procurement.
  • Troubleshooting, repair, adjustment, and calibration of handler systems and their components.
  • Execution and coordination of electrical and mechanical work on scanner systems, including calibration activities.
  • Monitoring and optimization of contact performance.
  • Production implementation of handler conversion kits and upgrades, including coordination with equipment manufacturers.
  • Technical support and coordination of mechanical docking-related topics.
  • Preparation and maintenance of technical documentation, such as preventive maintenance (PM) plans, PM checklists, calibration certificates, and related records.
  • Technical guidance and support for maintenance technicians.
  • Coordination and supervision of installation and maintenance activities performed by external service engineers and contractors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Metrology, or a related engineering field, or relevant professional experience
  • Proven experience in semiconductor manufacturing, backend operations, test engineering, or a similar technical area.
  • Solid understanding of backend test systems and related production equipment.
  • Self-driven, committed, and results-oriented professional with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong quality mindset and sense of responsibility. • High level of initiative, dedication, and reliability.
