- Carry out setup, handler conversion, repair, and maintenance for test equipment used by Test Manufacturing.
- Support Maintenance Engineers in executing improvement projects to enhance handler and test hardware performance.
- Provide feedback and perform analysis on test hardware weaknesses to identify improvement opportunities.
- Participate in 5S activities and ensure compliance with safety SOPs on the production floor.
- Diploma or higher in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; experience in semiconductor Backend (Final Test), especially with ATE testers and test handlers, is an added advantage.
- Able to work ABC 12-hour rotating shifts (day/night).
- Good attendance, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work independently and demonstrate innovation in technical tasks.
