Real Chemistry Media

Real Chemistry Media is transforming how medical and healthcare marketers engage healthcare professionals (HCPs) and consumers through data, technology, and omnichannel innovation. Real Chemistry Media’s product and technology teams sit at the heart of this meaningful work by building tools that increase impact.

In support of our mission to help life-changing medicines and therapies reach their full market potential, we are building an enterprise platform for omnichannel orchestration in healthcare marketing.

Our technology enables healthcare organizations to design, deploy, and optimize HCP journeys through a scalable, self-service product that connects to their existing marketing and data systems. The platform is live with early users and on track with rapid growth milestones, so the decisions made over the next year will be influential in shaping the product’s future.

We are hiring a Product Manager to lead the definition of that product. Reporting to the VP, Product, you will work closely with engineering, design, data science, and customers to turn open-ended problems into shipped software. You will own what gets built and define the shape of the product as it evolves.

The team is small and we’re building a lot, so there are a lot of opportunities for ownership and influence.

What You'll Do

  • Own product areas on the roadmap end to end, from problem definition through launch and iteration.
  • Work closely with designers and engineers, holding a high bar for quality and helping the team meet it.
  • Collaborate across teams to prioritize the backlog against customer impact, technical reality, and business commitments.
  • Partner with data engineering and data science on the models and recommendation features built on top of them.
  • Use product analytics, usage data, competitive analysis, and qualitative user feedback to figure out what’s working and what to build next.
  • Partner with product and engineering leadership to inform the platform vision and product development process as the team scales.
  • Define product milestones and collaborate with project management to keep engineering, design, and client teams on track to deliver on time.

This position is a perfect fit for you if:

  • You are adaptable, resilient, and OK with adjusting your scope, responsibilities, and focus as we grow. When things change, so do we. We’re always evolving.
  • You are proactive, driven, and resourceful with strong prioritization skills and a desire to dive into the data.
  • You are highly organized self-starter, able to work independently and under tight deadlines.

What You Should Have:

  • 4+ years in product management or similar roles shipping B2B or enterprise software.
  • Experience working closely with engineering, design, and data teams to lead workflow and data-heavy products.
  • Fluency with APIs, data models, and AI/LLM feature development.
  • Skill at writing clear specs and breaking large problems into shippable iterations.
  • Expertise and enthusiasm about building considered enterprise software, and solid footing in the competitive landscape.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and seeking early feedback from users to inform improvements.
  • Ability to communicate and drive buy-in with technical and non-technical audiences and collaborators.
  • Experience in Agile product development environments.
  • Bonus points for martech, adtech, orchestration tooling, or healthcare experience.
