About the Role 💭 Quad Lock is looking for a Senior Demand Planner who'll play a key role in strengthening our global demand planning capability and improving forecast quality across the business. Partnering closely with the Head of Supply Chain, this role brings strong analytical and system expertise to support effective S&OP and better commercial and operational decision-making.
Working collaboratively across teams, you’ll provide insight-driven forecasting, coach best practices, and proactively drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and behaviours. This is a hands-on role, where you'll have the opportunity to influence how we plan, support others in building their capability and contribute to continuous improvement across the business.
