THE ROLE

As the Director of Treasury – Capital Markets, you will direct and execute Everpure’s global capital structure, investment strategies, foreign exchange risk management, and capital allocation frameworks. Reporting to the Corporate Treasurer, you will serve as a strategic financial leader defining liquidity priorities, optimizing balance sheet efficiency, and steering high-stakes financing transactions.

Partnering directly with C-suite executives, Board members, and external banking partners, your vision will safeguard financial resilience and maximize long-term shareholder value as Everpure scales globally.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Direct Capital Structure & Financing Strategy: Establish enterprise debt capacity, liquidity targets, and cost-of-capital frameworks, leading the evaluation and execution of complex capital markets transactions, credit facilities, debt issuances, and capital allocation models to support long-term corporate growth.
• Govern Global Investment & FX Risk Programs: Oversee multi-currency global investment portfolios and foreign exchange hedging strategies, setting risk-tolerance thresholds, monitoring counterparty exposures, and executing derivative transactions to protect the balance sheet against financial market volatility.
• Lead Executive & Board Financial Governance: Partner with the CFO, Board of Directors, and Investor Relations to formulate capital allocation strategies—including share repurchase programs and M&A financing—delivering strategic recommendations that align financial policy with enterprise growth objectives.
• Architect Strategic Banking & External Networks: Maintain and optimize key financial relationships across global commercial banks, investment banks, rating agencies, and investment managers, negotiating high-impact financing terms, pricing structures, and legal documentation.
• Optimize Working Capital & Cross-Functional Alignment: Drive cross-functional liquidity planning and working capital solutions alongside FP&A, Accounting, Tax, and Legal teams, implementing scalable financial analytics and controls across Treasury operations.
• We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Capital Markets & Financial Risk Mastery: Comprehensive expertise managing corporate capital structures, global investment portfolios, complex debt and equity financing transactions, and foreign exchange hedging programs for multinational enterprise organizations.
• Executive Influence & Strategic Negotiation: Proven ability to advise C-suite executives and Board members on high-stakes capital allocation decisions, with exceptional negotiation skills to secure optimal terms across external financial institutions and rating agencies.
• Advanced Financial Modeling & Valuation Fluency: Deep analytical command of capital structure optimization, balance sheet forecasting, scenario modeling, and accounting treatment related to debt, derivatives, and corporate investments.
• Cross-Functional Treasury Leadership: Track record of driving cross-functional alignment across FP&A, Accounting, Tax, Legal, and Investor Relations to establish robust financial controls, capital allocation governance, and scalable Treasury capabilities.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

The annual base salary range is:

$211,000 — $274,000 USD
