We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead and manage the Finance Team and its associated responsibilities to ensure the organization is compliant with statutory laws and tax regulators. This role is responsible for delivering on all financial reporting to the executive team and Founders to ensure they are always armed with full transparency regarding the business’ financial position to make sound strategic decisions.
The Role
This role reports to the CEO. You’ll lead the Finance team and take responsibility for financial reporting, compliance, accounting operations and internal governance. You’ll provide day-to-day direction, ensuring financial processes are robust, reliable and aligned with the needs of the business.
You will provide leadership and support to direct reports on deliverables and upcoming accounting priorities.
