About this role
About Posh
At Posh, we’re revolutionizing the way financial institutions serve their communities.
Through innovative AI solutions, we make customer support more accessible, fast, and enjoyable for both callers and staff members. Our AI assistants span digital (web and mobile) and voice (phone) channels, while our internal-facing solutions directly augment staff members’ ability to serve.
We believe the most successful AI products are built on a symbiotic relationship between humans and AI, with each empowered to put their best foot forward. The bar is low, but the ceiling is high. Come build with us!
About the Role
We are looking for an Account Executive to sell Posh's AI products to credit unions and banks in our community segment. You will own this segment nationally and run full-cycle new business, from pipeline generation through close, with a strong focus on consultative and solution selling.
This is a fast-moving, high-volume role. Deals here close in about ten weeks, and you will carry a substantial number of active opportunities at once. The work rewards disciplined activity, sharp qualification, and knowing when to walk away.
What You'll Do
- Own and exceed an annual new business quota, selling nationally to institutions in our community segment
- Sell Posh's AI products into clearly scoped problems, matching the solution to the institution's most pressing need
- Run discovery using SPICED to qualify pipeline and tailor engagement
- Deliver business cases, ROI analysis, and proposals that link Posh's AI products to prospect needs and strategic priorities
- Orchestrate deals and manage stakeholders throughout the sales motion, through handoff to implementations and client success
- Self-source pipeline through outbound, in partnership with Business Development
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting
What You'll Bring
- 3 to 5 years of quota-carrying experience in SaaS or technology sales, with AI or financial technology preferred
- Track record of high deal volume and consistent quota attainment on faster sales cycles
- Experience selling into community or mid-market accounts, preferably financial institutions
- Strong outbound instincts and a track record of building your own pipeline
- Consultative seller with strong discovery and business case development skills
- Fluent in a structured qualification framework (we run SPICED)
- Comfortable leading conversations with executives at community banks and credit unions
- Resourceful, coachable, and highly driven to win
Why Posh
- Proven traction: 200+ AI deployments across 150+ financial institutions
- Fast, specialized implementations with no third-party integrators
- Dedicated US-based customer success team
- Named one of the top emerging AI companies in fintech
- A large, under-penetrated national segment to own, with dedicated sales enablement support
- Supportive, collaborative, and performance-driven culture
Benefits at Posh
- Financial Wellness: Competitive salary, company equity, and retirement planning (401k).
- Health & Family: Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage, plus fully paid parental leave.
