About Ping Identity
At Ping Identity, we believe in making digital experiences both secure and seamless for all users, without compromise. We call this digital freedom. And it's not just something we provide our customers.
It's something that inspires our company. People don't come here to join a culture that's built on digital freedom. They come to cultivate it.
Our intelligent, cloud identity platform lets people shop, work, bank, and interact wherever and however they want. Without friction. Without fear.
While protecting digital identities is at the core of our technology, protecting individual identities is at the core of our culture. We champion every identity. One of our core values, Respect Individuality, reminds us to celebrate differences so you are empowered to bring your authentic self to work.
We're headquartered in Denver, Colorado and we have offices and employees around the globe. We serve the largest, most demanding enterprises worldwide, including more than half of the Fortune 100. At Ping Identity, we're changing the way people and businesses think about cybersecurity, digital experiences, and identity and access management.
The Ping Identity Data Platform team is building the next generation of enterprise AI governance capabilities to enable secure, scalable, and responsible adoption of AI agents. The team is evolving governance frameworks, platforms, and operational processes to manage AI agents across the enterprise, addressing key areas such as security, compliance, identity, risk management, and responsible AI.
As part of our data platform team, you will help define and implement capabilities for agent discovery, lifecycle governance, policy enforcement, observability, and secure integration of AI agents, tools, MCP servers, and enterprise resources.
You will work on taking governance concepts from design to reality in a fast-paced, collaborative, cross-functional environment, partnering with engineering, security, compliance, and product teams to shape the future of AI adoption.
You Will:
- Design, develop, and maintain intuitive, scalable user interfaces for AI Agent Governance capabilities across platforms such as Amazon Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, Microsoft Copilot, and Azure AI Foundry.
- Rapidly prototype and iterate on AI Agent Governance user experiences, evaluating emerging UI frameworks, design patterns, and industry best practices to deliver simple, intuitive, and consistent experiences as the AI ecosystem evolves.
- Build reusable, modular UI components and frontend capabilities using modern web technologies, with a strong focus on usability, accessibility, responsive design, maintainability, performance, and code quality.
- Drive the evolution of core Identity Governance user experiences—including certifications, lifecycle management, workflows, and Separation of Duties (SoD)—by enhancing existing UI functionality, improving usability and performance, and delivering incremental features that strengthen enterprise identity governance.
- Partner closely with Product, UX, Support, and customer-facing teams to understand customer needs, troubleshoot UI issues, improve user workflows, and deliver reliable experiences that build customer trust and delight.
- Develop intuitive dashboards and UI experiences for monitoring AI agent performance, usage, operational health, governance status, and security across multiple AI platforms.
- Collaborate with platform, security, and product teams to design secure UI experiences supporting authentication, authorization, role-based access control, and least-privilege principles.
- Contribute to frontend observability and operational excellence by implementing UI telemetry, logging, performance monitoring, error handling, and mechanisms that help customers understand the health and governance of AI agents.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging AI agent platforms, interoperability standards such as MCP and Agent-to-Agent communication, and governance technologies, translating new capabilities into intuitive and consistent user experiences.
- Document UI architecture, design patterns, reusable components, user workflows, governance experiences, and engineering best practices to enable scalable development and consistent customer experiences.
You Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack JavaScript development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/ES6/TypeScript, including Node.js and Express.js.
- Strong expertise in Vue.js or React for building scalable and responsive user interfaces.
- Experience with data visualization technologies and libraries, including Canvas, D3, and SVG.
- Strong understanding of web security principles, including authentication headers, JWT, scopes, and cookies.
- Experience developing unit and end-to-end tests using frameworks and tools such as Chai, Mocha, Sinon, IstanbulJS, and Cypress.
- Proficiency in designing and documenting REST APIs using OpenAPI specifications.
- Experience with AI agent development, LLM integrations, and RAG-based architectures using vector stores.
- Knowledge of MCP server development and integration with modern AI and application frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.
