Sr. Tech Lead, Prod Dev (RAN, AI-Assisted RCA, Design & Development)

Parallel Wireless is transforming its Feature-Validation & Stability organization into a single Prod-Dev team — in the AI era there is no longer a separate "development" vs "validation" team. We are building a group of strong System Engineers who own a problem end to end: understand the complete product behavior, find the actual root cause, and contribute directly to the fix — accelerated by Claude / AI-assisted engineering.

This is a pro-development, system-level problem-solving role. You will take a field or test issue and drive it the whole way: Issue → Reproduction → Cross-layer analysis → RCA → Code investigation → Fix → Validation You will not stop at "which component failed." You will name the root cause, prove it, and fix it.
