Founding Fullstack Engineer (Product Focus)

Product: AI-Native Real Estate Intelligence Platform Stage: Seed / Idea Stage Ukrainian is a plus Location: Remote (Europe) Our client is an early-stage team building a product for the real estate market. Their immediate goal is to quickly build and validate a working product — something users can see, use, and give feedback on. This is a founding, hands-on engineering role.

The team is not looking for an Architect, a Manager, or a specialized AI/ML engineer. They are looking for a strong product-minded engineer who enjoys building from scratch in conditions of uncertainty.

🚀 What you’ll do Build a product from 0 → 1 together with the founders Own features end-to-end: backend, frontend, integrations, basic infrastructure Make pragmatic technical decisions without a fixed stack or strict requirements Iterate fast: ship, get feedback, improve Contribute to product shaping, not just task execution 🧠 What matters most Strong experience as a Senior Fullstack / Product Engineer Previous experience building MVPs or early-stage products Comfort working without a predefined tech stack Ability to balance speed and quality Hands-on mindset — this is not a management role This role is about shipping a real product, not designing perfect architecture upfront.

🧩 Tech & stack There is no fixed stack yet. The engineer will help choose tools pragmatically based on product needs.

Backend APIs and business logic Frontend (React or similar frameworks) Databases and third-party integrations Basic cloud setup and deployments Experience with data-heavy products, analytics, or AI is a nice to have, but not the focus at this stage.
