About the company and project

Marfields Group is developing St. Regis Residences Limassol, a luxury branded development in Cyprus valued at around €400 million. The project covers two buildings with approximately 250 residences and premium offices, and is at its earliest stage, before excavation.

Marfields Group is building an in-house design team to manage the extensive apartment customisations that St. Regis buyers expect.

The role

The Architect develops and coordinates the architectural design of the residences, with a strong focus on buyer-specific layout changes.

  • Reports to: Head of Design, within the design team led by CDO Dario Berego

Key responsibilities

  • Develop architectural drawings and BIM models from concept to construction documentation.
  • Design and document buyer-requested layout alterations within the building's technical constraints.
  • Coordinate with structural, MEP and interior design teams.
  • Prepare documentation for permits and approvals.
  • Support the construction team with design clarifications and site visits.
  • Maintain design quality in line with St. Regis brand standards.

Requirements

Essential

  • 3–5 years of experience as an architect, ideally on luxury residential projects.

  • Strong skills in Revit or ArchiCAD (BIM) and AutoCAD.
  • Fluent English.

Desirable

  • Experience at a leading design studio working on high-end residential or hospitality projects.
  • Experience with residential customisation or apartment fit-out.
  • Knowledge of Cyprus or EU permitting.
  • Greek language.

What we offer

  • Contract: permanent Cyprus employment contract with social insurance and access to the National Health System (GeSY).
  • Relocation: flight tickets, help finding accommodation plus the first month's accommodation, and work visa sponsorship for non-EU citizens.
  • Company car with fuel.
  • Working hours: flexible start between 8 and 9 AM, finish between 5 and 6 PM, one-hour break.

Hiring process

  • Pre-screening interview with the recruitment partner.
  • Interview stages with the design team: to be confirmed by Marfields Group.
