Job Description

OneTrust is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the strategy and development of territory management capabilities. This role focuses on improving territory planning, account assignments, and sales operations through scalable product solutions that support business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and roadmap for territory management
• Gather requirements from sales, operations, and business stakeholders
• Translate business needs into product features and specifications
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams
• Analyze product performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Prioritize initiatives based on customer needs and business impact
• Communicate product strategy and progress to leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• Extensive product management experience
• Experience with territory planning, sales operations, or enterprise software preferred
• Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills
• Ability to manage complex projects across multiple teams
• Familiarity with data analysis and product development methodologies

Pay: $150,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
