About Onebrief

Onebrief builds collaboration and AI-powered workflow software for military planning and operational coordination.

We are a distributed team of builders from military, operational, and technology backgrounds who care deeply about improving how important work gets done. Some team members work remotely, while others work directly alongside customers in operational environments around the world.

Founded in 2019, Onebrief is backed by leading investors including General Catalyst, Battery Ventures, Insight Partners, Sapphire Ventures, and Human Capital. Valued at more than $2 billion, we continue to invest in product innovation, AI capabilities, and team growth.

Why This Role Exists

  • Support preparation for DCSA security reviews and assessments , ensuring documentation is organized, current, and audit-ready and tracking corrective actions through completion.
  • Support the company’s Insider Threat Program and coordinate with relevant stakeholders on required reporting and security matters.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify or automate repetitive work and create systems that make our security operations more efficient and scalable.
  • Perform FSO responsibilities when delegated or when serving as backup to the FSO.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail , with a track record of managing complex administrative work accurately and reliably.

  • A service-oriented mindset and genuine interest in helping others navigate unfamiliar or complex processes.
  • Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
