About this role

About Omni

Omni is the AI analytics platform that turns company data into a trusted source of truth for AI. Built on a semantic model, Omni gives teams a governed context graph, so everyone gets the same trusted answer. Ask in plain English, refine in workbooks, or bring your data into tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and Slack.

Our team has spent decades building data platforms, and we started Omni to fix problems we saw firsthand. Today, we help customers like Condé Nast, BambooHR, and Synthesia get better answers from their data. We're headquartered in San Francisco and have raised $217M from top investors including ICONIQ, Theory Ventures, and Redpoint Ventures.

Our latest $120M Series C valued us at $1.5B.

If you like helping people get more from their data, come build with us. We’d love to hear from you.

The Role

We're looking for a Growth Manager to own field and account-based marketing across EMEA, building in-person and ABM programs that generate and accelerate pipeline. You'll plan and run the regional field calendar, partnering closely with sales, BDRs, and partnerships to reach target accounts at the right point in the buying cycle. You'll also work with the Global Events team on flagship events in the region.

You'll be measured on the pipeline your programs drive. This role reports to the Head of Growth Marketing, EMEA.

Responsibilities

  • Own field and ABM pipeline. Generate and accelerate pipeline from field and account-based programs, and be accountable for field-sourced and influenced pipeline and the cost to produce it.
  • Build and run the EMEA field calendar. Propose the quarterly field plan in line with the Head of Growth Marketing's priorities, then run each program end to end, from executive dinners and roundtables to partner events and conference activations.
  • Run account-based programs with sales. Agree target accounts with sales and BDRs, build coordinated plays for them, and make sure every engaged account gets timely follow-up.
  • Co-market with partners. Work with the partnerships team to find and run joint field programs with our technology and consulting partners.
  • Manage the field budget. Allocate spend across programs within the EMEA growth budget, forecast the pipeline each program should return, and reallocate as results come in.
  • Bring EMEA input to flagship events. Work with the Global Events team on major events in the region, contributing account targeting, sales input, and pre- and post-event follow-up.
  • Measure and report on results. Track pipeline and ROI by program, report to the Head of Growth Marketing and regional sales leadership, and use the results to shape the next quarter's plan.

About You

  • 3+ years in B2B marketing focused on field marketing, events, or ABM, ideally at a SaaS company.
  • A track record of running in-person programs across more than one market, from executive dinners to large conference presences, with pipeline results you can point to.
  • Experience running account-based programs jointly with sales and BDR teams, with results you can walk us through.
  • Experience managing a program budget, including tracking spend, knowing your cost per meeting or opportunity, and flagging over- or under-pacing early.
  • Hands-on with CRM and marketing automation, and comfortable building your own program reporting and pipeline attribution.
  • Experience running several programs at once, handling planning, invitations, on-site delivery, and follow-up yourself.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience marketing to data, analytics, or engineering buyers (BI, data infrastructure, or developer tools).
  • Experience running co-marketing programs with technology or consulting partners.
  • Professional working proficiency in French or German.

Location

This is a hybrid role based in Dublin, with 3 days per week in-office.

Why Join Us

  • Passionate, supportive team with extensive experience in the space (including founders from Looker and Stitch Data) all working together to win as a team
  • Health insurance through Irish Life
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Equity
  • Flexible PTO
