What’s the Job?

As a Salesforce Implementation Specialist in Novidea, you will be responsible for translating new and existing client requirements into a flawless technical solution. You will design and implement Salesforce solutions, configure the Novidea product, optimize business processes through automation, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality solutions on time.

You will also identify opportunities to leverage Salesforce and Novidea tools and AI capabilities to improve efficiency and user experience.

What you’ll do

• As a Salesforce Implementer at Novidea, you will play a key role in the technical implementation of Novidea’s products and Salesforce solutions to meet customer-specific requirements.
• You will focus on configuring, customizing, and deploying Salesforce applications, as part of a large team of Novidea and Salesforce experts.
• Your expertise in Salesforce development/configuration, data modeling, automation and security will be critical in optimizing workflows and delivering scalable solutions.
• Additionally, you will work closely with internal teams to troubleshoot, enhance, and maintain the implementation, ensuring high-quality results and optimal system performance.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce applications
• Experience designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions
• Strong Salesforce configuration and automation skills, including Flows, validation rules, permissions, and data management
• Experience gathering and translating business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions and process flows
• Understanding of Salesforce integrations, APIs, and data flows
• Familiarity with AI and automation capabilities within Salesforce and the ability to identify opportunities to leverage them
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• BA/BSc
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a team in a fast-paced environment
• Salesforce Admin certification required; additional certifications are a plus
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, etc.) – a plus
• Salesforce Platform Developer certification – a plus
