Job Description

• Support lead generation activities by preparing prospect lists and maintaining lead databases
• Identify trends, early warning signals for churn, and potential upsell indicators based on data analysis
• Support ad-hoc data requests and performance reviews
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather required information for reporting and analysis

• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, basic data analysis)
• Business Administration
• Basic understanding of sales or customer lifecycle concepts
