Design Team

Our team creates streaming experiences that delight customers around the world. We work closely with our product, technology, and business teams to create an unforgettable experience for our customers.

The focus of this team covers experiences for customers with an interest in purchasing a subscription and going through the purchase journey, and new or existing users who want to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel their subscription. We design for our Global Streaming Platform, serving the needs of each proposition (Peacock, NOW, and Sky Showtime).

Reporting to the Senior Director, you will

Conceive, define, design, develop, test, and launch vivid and compelling experiences that are contextually relevant, exceedingly useful, and curiously entertaining.

What you will be doing:

  • Supporting the delivery of end-to-end designs for high-value, consumer-centric digital products across checkout, sign-in and account management moments.
  • Participating in driving design solutions by combining industry best practices with your own expertise and insight about human behavior.
  • Collaborating with product designers (including researchers, content designers etc.), product managers, engineers and other internal partners to successfully test and deliver features, products, and experiences to market.
  • Helping to translate requirements into new flows or connect to existing flows.
  • Contributing to and/or leading design team activities including ideation workshops, competitive analysis, and concept brainstorms.
  • Developing prototypes for testing with customers.
  • Advancing the fidelity of UX flows and caring for edge cases and the nuances of the experience across various devices.
  • Contributing a human-centered design point of view to team conversations.
  • You have 5+ years industry experience in the field of UX/Product Design
  • You can share an online portfolio reflecting your experience, including shipped and currently in-market products.
  • You have advanced expertise with leading design tools, such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or other collaboration and prototyping tools.
  • You are comfortable designing across web, mobile, TV and other application platforms.
  • You are well-versed in consumer facing digital product best practices, technologies, and tools.
  • You can identify the most impactful concepts and push them through a rigorous course of critical evaluation, execution, implementation, experimentation, success—or failure.
  • You know how to ground decisions with data and listen to the voice of the consumer.
  • You are scrappy—focused, driven, and the natural owner of both big ideas and practical daily output.
  • You feel most at home in a fast-paced, iterative, and collaborative environment.
  • You are nimble and adaptable and can pivot as necessary, while working on different types of projects.
  • Experience using AI to within your design process is a plus.
  • Experience working with and contributing to a design system is preferred.
  • Experience working on a subscription product is preferred.

Salary range: $150,000 - $185,000 (bonus and long-term incentive eligible)

Hybrid : This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
