NBCUniversal is seeking an Analyst to join the Streaming Monetization team. You will focus on developing monetization insights, optimizing yield strategies, and supporting planning and sales teams with comprehensive analysis of streaming supply and demand.
As an Analyst, you will leverage data driven insights to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and solve challenges that directly impact NBCUniversal's streaming revenue growth.
The ideal candidate has had exposure to digital ad sales and is looking to dive into the analytics to inform business stakeholders. This is a role for someone who enjoys analyzing data in spreadsheets and databases.
Responsibilities
- Analyze Streaming Monetization KPIs, including sell-thru, capacity, demand, and pricing trends, and translate findings into clear, executive-ready narratives that support operational and leadership decision-making
- Create weekly reports for senior leadership on monetization insights, financial pacing, and sales trends, using data analysis to identify trends and communicate compelling stories
- Conduct investigative analyses across multiple data sources to diagnose business questions, validate assumptions, and uncover root causes behind performance trends or discrepancies
- Use curiosity and analytical rigor to dig beneath surface-level metrics- identifying drivers, risks, and opportunities that inform monetization strategy
- Balance long-term, self-directed analytical projects with ad hoc, time-sensitive business requests, maintaining accuracy, organization, and clear communication across competing priorities
- Develop automations, dashboards, and scalable reporting solutions to streamline manual processes, reduce turnaround time, and improve stakeholder access to actionable insights
- Analyze consumption trends and performance of sponsorships and ad innovations to inform forecasting, packaging, and optimization health
- Minimum one (1+) year of experience; preferably in ad sales, analytics, or publisher/supply side
- Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint

Hybrid
This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000
