As an Event Manager, you'll play a critical role in shaping and executing Nasdaq's in-person event strategy to drive pipeline growth and support our global marketing and business objectives .

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute a global in-person event strategy, including sponsored and hosted events, aligned with marketing and go-to-market priorities.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure event content, programming, and targeting drive pipeline outcomes.
  • Own and manage the global events budget, including forecasting, vendor relationships, and financial accountability.
  • Define, track, and report on key performance indicators tied to the marketing funnel, sales pipeline, and influenced revenue.
  • Continuously evaluate and evolve event programming to improve quality, efficiency, and business impact.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in event marketing, with a strong focus on in-person and B2B events.
  • Proven ability to align event strategy with revenue goals and business priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing large-scale event budgets and working with cross-functional and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong communication , analytical, and project management skills, with proficiency in marketing and event technology platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in fintech, financial services, or a regulated industry.
  • Familiarity with working across global teams and time zones.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools in a B2B context.

This position will be located in St. John's and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
