Senior Specialist - Sales Technology Engineer
As a Senior Specialist - Sales Technology Engineer reporting to Sr. Director – Product Delivery , you'll play a critical role in powering the performance of Nasdaq's global revenue teams by owning the tools, integrations, and strategy that keep our go-to-market engine running.
You'll thrive in this position if you're a hands-on problem-solver with a deep technical foundation, a collaborative approach, and a passion for making systems work smarter — not harder.
This is a permanent, full-time role based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, with a hybrid work model (at least 2 days per week in office).
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the domain expert for our go-to-market tool stack, ensuring tools are configured, optimized, and integrated effectively across the revenue organization.
- Build and maintain integrations between sales tools and our CRM platform, using both native connectors and workflow automation solutions where needed.
- Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to identify gaps, align on priorities, and deliver solutions.
- Evaluate new tools and platforms, bringing forward data-driven recommendations that address real business needs.
- Champion AI-powered capabilities across the stack, finding opportunities where emerging features can drive meaningful efficiency gains.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of experience administering and managing sales technology tools in a commercial or revenue operations environment.
- Hands-on experience with two or more go-to-market platforms (Gong, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism, ZoomInfo).
- Working knowledge of Salesforce at a technical level — including platform structure, data flows, and tool connectivity.
- Proven track record of building or managing tool integrations across a complex technology environment.
- Strong problem-solving instincts with the ability to diagnose issues, own resolutions, and document outcomes clearly.
- Amenable to working Mid-Shift and twice a week in the Nasdaq office at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
Nice to Have
- Experience with workflow automation platforms such as Workato, Informatica, or Power Automate.
- Familiarity with building reports and dashboards in business intelligence tools.
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
