REQUIREMENTS
- Total experience 5.5+ years
- Strong experience in Data Governance, Metadata Management & Data Lineage
- Hands-on experience with Collibra, Informatica Knowledge Catalog (IKC) or similar metadata/cataloguing tools
- Strong experience in Business Glossary, Metadata & Data Catalog Management
- Experience in Data Mapping, Data Lifecycle Management & Impact Analysis
- Strong Stakeholder Management, Workshop Facilitation & Requirements Gathering skills
- Strong understanding of Data Modelling concepts and Data Governance standards
- Strong SQL skills and experience querying large, complex datasets
- Experience with Data Profiling and Data Quality Management
- Experience working with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodologies
- Experience working with multi-cultural/global teams
- Knowledge of Critical Data Elements (CDEs) and Regulatory Compliance
- Ability to define and maintain Data Quality Rules and support governance initiatives
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support Data Governance, Metadata Management, and Data Lineage activities across the organization.
- Manage and maintain business glossary, metadata, and data catalog information using Collibra, Informatica Knowledge Catalog (IKC), or similar metadata/cataloguing tools.
- Perform data mapping, data lifecycle management, and impact analysis activities.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and requirements-gathering sessions to understand business and data requirements.
- Support data modelling activities and ensure alignment with Data Governance standards.
- Work with stakeholders to define and maintain business glossary terms, metadata, data assets, and data relationships.
- Support data profiling and data quality management activities to identify and address data quality issues.
- Define and maintain Data Quality Rules and support data governance initiatives.
- Identify and manage Critical Data Elements (CDEs) and support Regulatory Compliance requirements.
- Use SQL to query and analyze large, complex datasets as required.
- Collaborate with multi-cultural/global teams to support data governance and metadata management initiatives.
- Work using Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodology to deliver governance and data management activities.
- Perform data impact analysis and support identification of upstream and downstream data dependencies.
- Support continuous improvement of Data Governance, Metadata Management, Data Quality, and Data Catalog processes.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
