Senior Solution Architect - Healthcare & Life Sciences (SAFe)

We are looking for a Senior Lead Solution Architect to define and drive scalable, secure, and compliant technology solutions for global Healthcare & Life Sciences organizations. You will provide architectural leadership across complex initiatives, working closely with business stakeholders, Enterprise and System Architects, engineering teams, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Solution Design: Lead the design, evolution, and governance of end-to-end technology solutions aligned with business and customer needs.
• Architectural Leadership: Collaborate with System Architects and engineering teams to define architecture roadmaps and ensure technical feasibility.
• SAFe Delivery: Support Solution Trains and Agile Release Trains (ARTs), contributing to Program Increment planning and architecture alignment.
• Architectural Runway: Develop and maintain the Architectural Runway, enabling faster and more predictable delivery.
• Cloud & Integration Strategy: Drive architecture decisions across cloud platforms, APIs, integrations, data platforms, and enterprise systems.
• Data Governance & Quality: Promote best practices in data governance, data quality, security, and compliance within solution designs.
• Continuous Delivery: Support the creation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines and modern engineering practices.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, customers, suppliers, and delivery teams.
• Technology Alignment: Ensure consistency of technology approaches across teams, programs, and suppliers.
• Innovation & Improvement: Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements that enhance business value and operational efficiency.
• 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or a similar senior role.
• Strong experience in Healthcare & Life Sciences or other highly regulated environments.
• Proven experience with SAFe / Agile at scale .
• Strong knowledge of cloud architecture, APIs, integration, data platforms, CI/CD, and enterprise architecture principles .
• Understanding of data governance, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements .
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both technical and business audiences.
