About the Role
We are looking for a Benefits Associate to join our Total Rewards team to help us stand-up a world-class benefits function to attract, reward and retain top talent. You’ll play a pivotal role in the continued evolution of our total rewards philosophy and strategy. You'll serve as a key player of the PK HR team and interact regularly with our HR business partners, HR operations, and finance teams.
We'll need you to have a mix of working in entrepreneurial and hyper growth settings. If you thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment with a knack for getting things done – then this opportunity is perfect for you.
This role will be located in Lahore, and will have a requirement to commute to the office at least 2x per week.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the company’s primary contact for day-to-day benefits management with employees and benefit vendors
- Coordinate Provident Fund enrollments and inquiries
- Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle related to benefits (new hire orientations, offboarding and general inquiries)
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of all benefit programs and eligibility requirements
- Ensure solid backend benefits management hygiene (plan and employee records management, as well as ensuring we meet timely compliance reporting requirements)
- Update Payroll/HRIS for employee Provident Fund deductions
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a benefits-related or HR Operations role
- Strong customer service to assist our employees and ability to respond to all communications effective and in a timely manner
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong working knowledge of HR systems (preferably Workday)
- Hungry to try new and creative approaches. We don’t want traditional solutions, unless they happen to be the best ones. You know all the latest solutions and have a POV of their value
- Ability to work from 5:00 PM to 02:00 AM (PK Time Zone)
