A Day in the Life
In the position of Associate Brand Manager - NOS, you will support the development and execution of our Motorsports partnerships. Assist in the activation on-site, creating retail and bottler programs in partnership with Customer and Field Marketing teams. Promote the marketing function with creative tickets, athlete shipments, licensing forms, and other support items related to our motorsports pillar.
The Impact You'll Make:
- Execution of our motorsports pillar and properties including working with the customer and field marketing team to develop retail programs leveraging World of Outlaws, USAC, GridLife etc.
- Management of the World of Outlaws Show Car program, reviewing sales requests, scheduling with the events team and ensuring program Return on Investment (ROI).
- Assist the leadership in managing all athlete licensing requests and proposals. Confirm all licensing forms are filled out completely, review artwork for approval, and submit final forms to licensing for approval.
- Manage on-site hospitality at larger events like Knoxville Nationals and World Finals. Manage guests on site (customers / bottlers / internal MEC), tickets and suite passes. Maintain guest memo sheets and communicate with
guests pre-event.
- Submission of creative tickets for their respective projects including series property POS and athlete hero cards .
Who You Are
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field of study preferred
- 1+ years of experience in customer and bottler programming
- 1+ years of experience in motorsports, or passion for motorsports
- Proficient with Microsoft suite. Strong presentation skills (PPT / email communication).
- Certified Product Marketing Manager (CPMM) desired
Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated annual salary range for this position is listed below. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
Pay Range
$75,000 — $104,000 USD
