We are seeking an operational HR Operations Specialist with 2 to 6 years of experience to manage end-to-end employee lifecycle operations, maintain HRIS data integrity, support payroll inputs, and ensure smooth daily administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Coordinate seamless onboarding and offboarding workflow, conduct orientations, and manage exit clearances.
  • HRIS & Data Integrity: Maintain and update master employee records across HR platforms, perform regular data audits, and compile routine HR reports for leadership.
  • Payroll & Benefits Support: Collate monthly payroll inputs, including attendance, leave balances, variable pay, and exit settlements and liaise with Finance for timely execution.
  • Query Management: Act as the first point of contact for routine employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, leave tracking, and HR portal assistance.
  • Compliance & Policy Adherence: Assist in maintaining audit-ready personnel files, ensuring operational alignment with statutory requirements and internal company policies.
  • Process Optimization: Help identify operational bottlenecks and partner with cross-functional teams to automate and streamline routine HR workflows.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: 2 to 5 years of core experience in HR operations, HR administration, or HR shared services.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of modern HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, Darwinbox, SuccessFactors) and intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, lookup functions).
  • Skills & Competencies: Solid understanding of statutory compliance basics, strong attention to detail, and a high level of discretion handling sensitive employee data.
