The Resident Technician is responsible to provide on-site technical support at customer FNDE in Brasilia city. This professional will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting hardware and connectivity issues, and ensuring the operational continuity of OS 4000, OSV, SBC, OSB, OSCC, XPR equipment's and infrastructure.

As a dedicated on-site resource, the Resident Technician will work with the FNDE customer and the internal support teams, ensuring efficient and timely resolution of technical problems.

Responsibilities: (list 5-10 bullet points)

• Respond to and resolve voice issues, incidents and service requests (Voice, LAN, cabling, connectivity).
• Perform physical checks and basic troubleshooting of voice equipment.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of voice connectivity and hardware issues.
• Provide regular status updates to internal and client stakeholders.

Requirements: (list 5-10 bullet points)

• Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and networking principles.
• Knowledge in OS 4000, OSV and Branch.
• Experience with physical cabling, patch panels, and network port testing.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and document technical procedure
