đ The Role
Title: Change Delivery Executive
Team: Player Support
Location: Gibraltar, full-time on-site
This is your chance to shape how change happens within a fast-growing, ambitious team. As our Change Delivery Executive, youâll take high-impact ideas and turn them into brilliantly executed improvements that make a real difference for our players and frontline teams.
From major technology launches to smarter ways of working, youâll own the journey from plan to rollout - bringing teams together, cutting through blockers and making sure every detail is ready for launch.
With visibility across Player Support and the wider business, youâll have the freedom and influence to build a change-delivery approach that helps Midnite move faster, operate better and deliver an outstanding player experience.
You will:
- Assess the impact of proposed changes on customers, colleagues, processes and technology.
- Create practical delivery plans with clear owners, actions, deadlines and dependencies.
- Coordinate delivery across Player Support, Product, Engineering, Compliance and CRM.
- Identify blockers, follow up on outstanding actions and escalate issues when decisions or support are needed.
- Establish a consistent approach to requesting, assessing, approving and communicating changes.
- Coordinate readiness across WFM, Training, QA, AI and Operations before launch.
- Create and maintain accurate internal procedures, agent guidance and customer-facing help content across Notion and Intercom.
- Establish clear documentation standards, ownership and review schedules.
- Maintain a shared view of upcoming changes, delivery status and team readiness.
- Review changes after launch, resolve practical gaps and identify opportunities to simplify processes.
The next Midniter:
- Has experience independently delivering change or projects involving multiple teams.
- Takes a practical, hands-on approach and can build a plan, produce clear documentation and drive actions through to completion.
- Is highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Has experience mapping processes and translating complex information into clear, usable guidance.
- Can hold stakeholders accountable, challenge gaps in readiness and escalate concerns constructively.
- Communicates clearly in writing and verbally and builds effective cross-functional relationships.
- Understands how operational changes affect frontline teams and customer experience.
- Ideally has experience in a regulated or customer-support environment and familiarity with knowledge bases or customer-facing AI tools.
