Overview The Microsoft Devices Organization has responsibility for the end-to-end physical supply chain for Microsoft’s vast array of existing and next-generation hardware including: Surface, Xbox, Accessories, Games, more. The Device Repair Operations group is responsible for delivering world-class support and repair experiences for Surface, Xbox, and Microsoft hardware customers around the globe.
As a Senior Repair Network Operations Program Manager within Device Services, you will play a critical role in managing the operational and financial health of Microsoft's repair network.
This role sits at the intersection of business operations, finance, supply chain, and partner management. You manage forecasting, financial governance, purchase order management, invoicing operations, and network performance reporting to ensure our partner ecosystem is effectively supporting current and future business demand.

Responsibilities
Partner Financial Management
- Develop and manage repair and service volume forecasts across Microsoft's partner repair network.
- In partnership with finance, translate forecasts into funding requirements.
- Manage outsourced services team to establish and maintain purchase orders aligned with forecasted demand and contractual commitments.
- Monitor budget performance validation and identify risks, variances, and opportunities.
- Validate billing accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely invoice processing and payment.
- Track partner spending against forecast, budget, and contractual commitments.
- Provide visibility into network financial performance through recurring business reviews.
Operational Performance Management
- Define, measure, and report operational KPIs across the partner repair ecosystem.
- Develop executive-ready scorecards and performance dashboards leveraging Power BI, Excel, and other reporting tools.
- Analyze trends and identify root causes impacting repair volume, turnaround time, quality, cost, and customer satisfaction.
- Drive corrective actions with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Business Operations & Continuous Improvement
- Lead recurring operational reviews with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting, improve data quality, and simplify operational workflows.
- Drive cross-functional alignment between Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, and Partner teams.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomes
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomes OR equivalent experience.
Other Requirements
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field and 6+ years experience in program management, business operations, finance, supply chain, or partner management.
- Experience managing budgets, forecasts, financial reporting, or operational business reviews.
- Experience working with vendors, suppliers, or service partners.
- Experience analyzing data and developing executive-level reports and dashboards.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives across multiple organizations.
- Experience in repair operations, service delivery, reverse logistics, or supply chain management.
- Experience with purchase order management, invoice reconciliation, and financial controls.
- Advanced Excel, Power BI, and data analytics skills.
- Experience working with global partner networks and outsourced service providers.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions through data and business insights.

Supply Chain Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U. S. is USD $97,600 - $188,400 per year.
There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $125,000 - $206,400 per year.
