We are looking for a Senior Director – Product Marketing, Copilot Demo and Product Experiences to lead our product marketing, developing product videos, demos, and other live product experiences.
This individual will lead the strategy and creation of product assets at scale – whether for a live event, field enablement or marketing assets – being accountable for creating world class assets to inspire while being grounded in deep product truth.

Responsibilities
- Video and demo creation: Lead a team as our Demo Center of Excellence to create beautiful and high value product experiences across a format of short social videos, to in-depth product journeys.
- Best practices and innovative: Drive constant innovation to drive best-in-class assets, and formats, aligning to modern industry best practices.
- Events and executive alignment: Lead our on-stage presence at large scale events and support key executives in presenting live or recorded experiences.
- Field enablement: Extend our product assets to our field, enabling them to demo our newest products to customers.
- Measurement and Performance: Measure and optimize the assets we create, understand performance trends to drive data-based decision making.
- Team Leader: Lead, coach, and develop a team of high-performing product marketers to achieve business objectives while developing and nurturing talent.

Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
- Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in marketing, product, advertising or video creation
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in marketing, product, advertising or video creation
- OR equivalent experience.
- 6+ years people management experience.
Additional or preferred qualifications
- Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 12+ years experience in marketing, product, advertising or video creation
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 15+ years experience in marketing, product, advertising or video creation
- OR equivalent experience.
- 8+ years people management experience.
- 5+ years working with information technology (IT) solutions including end-user computing, security, cloud services, endpoint management, and artificial intelligence (A.I.), driving impactful outcomes with commercial customers and end users.
- Experience shaping product roadmaps, lead go-to-market strategies, and drives sales and adoption initiatives that deliver value to commercial customers.
Product Marketing M6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U. S. is USD $155,800 - $277,200 per year.
There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $202,400 - $303,600 per year.
