About this role

Overview We’re building a Frontier Marketing organization that learns faster, activates smarter, and delivers measurable business outcomes at scale. To accelerate this transformation, we’re seeking a Senior Creative Intelligence Manager to own one defined campaign or learning workstream within our System of Learning (SOL).

The role connects creative work to performance and turns repeatable insights into better creative and social marketing decisions.

This hands-on role executes agreed priorities and methods with regular leadership guidance. Partner across Creative, Social, Global Media, Data Science, and Analytics to run learning cycles, analyze creative performance, and translate results into actionable recommendations. Align day-to-day collaborators through evidence and peer collaboration, escalating conflicting priorities and decisions outside the workstream’s remit.

The role operates within established strategy and governance and has no people-management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Social Media Analytics Expert Bring a specialty in social media analytics to understand how content performs across organic, paid, and creator channels.
  • For assigned campaigns or workstreams, analyze engagement, audience behavior, social listening, and creative performance using established measurement frameworks.
  • Translate findings into clear recommendations for content optimization and testing, partnering with social, creative, and media teams to maintain consistent reporting and document actionable learnings.
  • Run the System of Learning workstream Run SOL learning cycles for one defined campaign or learning workstream, following agreed priorities and methods with regular leadership guidance.
  • Maintain operating processes, learning cadences, and documentation; apply approved governance and data standards, and identify process improvements for leadership review.
  • Partner with Global Media, Data Science, and Analytics to connect the assigned campaign’s creative activations with campaign, audience, and performance data.
  • Coordinate day-to-day requirements and dependencies for agreed integrations using established enterprise data systems.
  • Execute agreed tests and deliver insights Execute agreed test-and-learn plans within the assigned campaign or learning workstream.
  • Refine hypotheses with leadership and measurement partners, coordinate creative inputs, conduct hands-on analysis, and document results and follow-up.
  • Use agreed measurement frameworks and incorporate audience feedback and test results into learning cycles.
  • Translate findings into actionable creative and social recommendations within approved priorities and budgets.
  • Explain the evidence and limitations, and propose practical next steps for review.
  • Escalate decisions about the broader learning agenda, investment priorities, and resource trade-offs to leadership.
  • Maintain playbooks and reusable content Maintain playbooks, best-practice libraries, and modular storytelling and content resources for the assigned workstream.
  • Document insights and share relevant findings with day-to-day partners so effective approaches can be reused within established standards.
  • Monitor digital messaging, competitor activity, and conversation trends with partner teams to identify creative opportunities relevant to the assigned workstream.
  • Apply approved AI-driven creative workflows and automation to accelerate insight synthesis, content adaptation, and learning documentation, with appropriate review and quality controls.
  • Own delivery and coordinate collaborators Own the quality, documentation, and timely delivery of analyses and outputs for the assigned campaign or learning workstream.
  • Align milestones and dependencies with day-to-day collaborators, provide progress updates, and escalate conflicting priorities, delivery risks, or decisions outside the agreed scope.
  • This role does not include hiring, direct-report supervision, performance reviews, or people-management accountability.
  • Synthesize performance data and relevant trends into concise findings and recommendations for marketing partners and leadership.
  • Partner with measurement specialists to report ROI, learning outcomes, and workstream impact using agreed measures, explaining limitations and recommended next steps.

Qualifications

Required / minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Literature, or related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience
  • OR equivalent experience.

Additional / preferred qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience OR Bachelor’s Degree in a listed or related field AND 7+ years of the same experience OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience delivering hands-on creative analytics for a defined campaign or learning workstream, applying agreed methods, collaborating with peers, and translating evidence into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience operating marketing intelligence processes and learning cycles for a defined workstream, including maintaining documentation and playbooks.
  • Experience aligning day-to-day cross-functional collaborators, including regional or global partners, on milestones and dependencies and escalating conflicting priorities.
  • Experience integrating campaign data, audience insights, and performance signals into creative recommendations and test plans.
  • Experience applying AI-driven creative workflows and automation to day-to-day marketing work.
  • Experience with modular storytelling and reusable content systems.
  • Experience in enterprise or business to business (B2B) marketing environments.

Integrated Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
