As a Digital Solution Engineer in the AI Business Solutions – Copilot team, you will lead technical engagements that drive AI transformation for Small, Medium, and Enterprise customers. Your mission is to win technical decisions and accelerate adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio & Agents, and related solutions by delivering compelling demos, envisioning sessions, and scalable architectures.

This includes Secure AI Productivity scenarios, which are a top priority for SME&C Corporate, especially in regulated and compliance-sensitive customer environments. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through secure, compliant, and value-driven implementations that align with their enterprise strategies.

This role is pivotal in shaping the future of work by enabling customers to realize the full potential of AI-powered productivity. You will collaborate closely with sales and partner teams to remove technical blockers, generate pipeline, and ensure seamless handoffs for deployment and adoption.

  • Independently lead technical demos, pilots, and envisioning sessions for Copilot and AI Agents.
  • Own technical win strategy for qualified opportunities and document close/consumption plans in MSX.
  • Collaborate with partners and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and accelerated adoption.
  • Remove technical blockers and support competitive deals by highlighting Microsoft’s differentiation.
  • Maintain 100% deal hygiene and partner attach for all qualified opportunities.
  • Achieve L200 consultative and L400 technical certifications and share deal insights quarterly.

Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 3+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience OR 4+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience.

Additional or preferred qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 4+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience OR 5+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience.

2+ years of solution sales or consulting services sales experience

Digital Solution Area Specialists IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U. S. is USD $31.

15 - $64. 95 per hour. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $48.

37 - $69. 18 per hour.
