Within Microsoft Fabric, the Data Analytics team delivers the core analytics experiences that allow customers to turn data into insight and action. Spanning data engineering, data warehousing, data science, and AI, this team enables end-to-end scenarios on a single, unified platform.

We are seeking a Business Program Manager to join our team and serve as a trusted partner in driving programs that strengthen our employee community and organizational effectiveness. In this role, you will own and coordinate the organization's Rhythm of Business (ROB), ensuring effective planning, communication, and execution across key business priorities.
You will lead and evolve high-impact people and community programs, including the Day of Learning (DOL) program, Employee Training Compliance, and the Analytics GIVE Program in partnership with Azure Data Platform. You will identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance employee engagement, and foster a culture of learning, connection, and inclusion.

Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end business programs by defining objectives, success metrics, and operational plans that align with organizational priorities and deliver measurable impact.
- Own and maintain program rhythms, including reporting, scorecards, dashboards, and business reviews, using data and insights to measure performance, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Engineering, Finance, HR, Business Operations, and leadership teams to plan, execute, and scale strategic initiatives.
- Lead change management efforts by driving communications, stakeholder readiness, training, and adoption plans that support evolving business priorities and organizational goals.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve operational efficiency, and implement best practices that enhance program effectiveness and employee experience.
- Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, including project planning, timelines, dependencies, resource coordination, risk mitigation, and executive communications.
- Leverage data-driven analysis, business insights, and customer feedback to inform decision-making, optimize existing programs, and recommend new program opportunities.
- Develop executive-ready communications, presentations, and program collateral that influence stakeholders, drive alignment, and communicate business impact effectively.

Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 2+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement
- OR equivalent experience.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check:
- This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred/Additional Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 3+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance,
- or related field AND 5+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement
- OR equivalent experience.
Business Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U. S. is USD $77,800 - $153,700 per year.
There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $102,200 - $169,900 per year.
