Our family of apps and services connects billions of people worldwide, empowering them to share what matters most and bringing people closer together. Central to our mission is ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and user satisfaction.
The Product Immersion & Testing Team within Business Product Marketing (BPM) is seeking a Program Manager who is passionate about customer insights, testing, launching, and scaling Meta's newest business and marketing solutions. You have deep experience with Meta's business tools (e.g., Ads Manager), marketing, and measurement, and you have experience distilling complex ideas into actionable insights.

- Process Improvement: Inform, influence, and execute new processes based on analysis and impact metrics to improve efficiency and the quality of support

- Travel: Support in-market experiences, with up to 20% travel (including international)
