About this role

Employer-provided description, formatted for easier reading.

We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to drive successful market entry and accelerate growth across global markets for our wearables portfolio. You will own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for new market launches and in-market growth, from identifying the right markets to enter, to developing launch playbooks, to scaling what works.

You'll serve as the central strategic lead for global expansion, partnering across product, regional marketing, sales, channel, ops, legal, and policy to turn ambitious goals into measurable results. The ideal candidate brings a combination of strategic vision, data-driven decision-making, proven cross-functional leadership, and hands-on product launch experience.

You thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments — comfortable making strategic calls without perfect data, iterating quickly, and influencing without authority.

Responsibilities

  • Market Expansion Strategy: Define and own the market expansion roadmap, including market prioritization frameworks, investment levels, and sequencing for new market entries across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM
  • Go-to-Market Execution: Own and operationalize clear GTM strategies for new market launches, bringing a strong point of view to strategic decisions and trade-offs (product readiness, channel strategy, pricing, positioning, and compliance)
  • Insights & Research: Partner with research, market intelligence, and data science teams to gather market, category, channel, and audience insights that inform launch tactics and in-market growth strategies
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Drive momentum across 12+ global teams — including regional marketing, product, ops, sales, legal, policy, and channel partners — to ensure all elements of GTM are aligned and ready ahead of launch
  • In-market Growth: Post-launch, drive business goals across acquisition, engagement, retention, and advocacy; optimize marketing effectiveness and identify levers for sustained growth
  • Performance & Prioritization: Define success metrics, roadmaps, and prioritization across a range of business initiatives; use data to identify bottlenecks, test new approaches, and double down on what works
  • Executive Communication: Provide visibility and strategic insights to stakeholders at all levels, informing leadership decisions on international investment and portfolio strategy

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in strategic marketing, product marketing, product management, or management consulting within technology, consumer electronics, or internet/software industries
  • Track record of launching products in international markets, including navigating regulatory, cultural, and channel complexities
  • Experience using customer research, data, and market insights to inform product positioning, go-to-market strategy, and business decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong executive communication skills, comfortable presenting to and influencing leadership
  • Experience delivering product launch results with internal and external partners across product, sales, marketing, comms, partnerships, legal, and policy Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
  • Product marketing experience launching consumer hardware, software, or connected devices in international markets
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
  • B.A./B.S. degree in marketing, business, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
  • Domain knowledge in AR/VR, wearable devices, smart glasses, mobile devices, and/or hardware/software platforms
  • Ability to make strategic decisions in ambiguous, data-sparse environments and to iterate rapidly
  • Experience with both 0-to-1 market entries and scaling established products in existing markets
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
