About this role

Employer-provided description, formatted for easier reading.

We are seeking an experienced EMEA Growth Marketing Manager to scale user acquisition, engagement, and revenue through data-driven marketing strategies. This role will own end-to-end paid social and digital campaign performance — optimising for ROAS, ROI, and overall marketing impact — using AI as the primary toolkit to move faster, test smarter, and deliver outsized results.

The ideal candidate is a experienced growth marketer who already uses AI fluently in their day-to-day work — from analysis and experimentation to creative prototyping and workflow automation — and sees AI as the multiplier that unlocks step-change performance gains.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns across paid social, search, and other digital channels to drive acquisition, retention, and brand awareness at scale
  • Analyse campaign performance data to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing spend for maximum efficiency, using AI to accelerate insight generation and surface opportunities faster
  • Explore and experiment with new growth tactics and channels with an eye on CAC, LTV, and scalability — leveraging AI to rapidly prototype, stress-test, and validate new approaches
  • Monitor daily campaign operations and performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations for real-time optimisation and anomaly detection
  • Manage budgets and forecast marketing performance to meet or exceed growth targets, actively adjusting channel allocation and spend based on in-flight data and business priorities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, martech, research, and creative teams to align strategies with business goals
  • Partner with analytics and data science teams to develop measurement frameworks and attribution models
  • Use AI as the default toolkit for day-to-day work — from analysis and experimentation to creative prototyping and workflow automation — while ensuring responsible, policy-compliant use
  • Demonstrate measurable impact from AI-augmented ways of working (e.g., time savings, efficiency gains, faster iteration) and share learnings to scale adoption across the team
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and emerging AI capabilities to continuously improve marketing effectiveness

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing with a focus on user acquisition or engagement
  • 8+ years of experience designing and analyzing marketing experiments, including A/B testing and incrementality measurement, to drive data-informed decisions
  • Experience using quantitative analysis and marketing data (e.g., campaign metrics, cohort analysis, funnel reporting) to inform decisions and optimize campaigns
  • Demonstrated AI fluency — already using AI tools in day-to-day marketing work (analysis, experimentation, content, automation) to deliver faster and better outcomes
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies across multiple markets within the EMEA region
  • Experience using marketing analytics and attribution platforms to measure campaign performance and optimize towards growth KPIs
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, data science, and operations, to deliver integrated growth programs Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
  • Knowledge of regional EMEA markets and digital advertising landscapes
  • Leadership experience in managing complex marketing projects with multiple concurrent campaigns or initiatives
  • Track record of scaling AI adoption and sharing best practices across a team or an organisation
  • Experience managing stakeholder relationships and presenting marketing strategies, performance results, and recommendations to cross-functional teams
  • Comfort operating beyond traditional role boundaries — prototyping, building analysis frameworks, drafting strategy — particularly in ambiguous or fast-moving situations
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
  • Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and marketing analytics platforms
  • Proven time management and prioritization ability within a high-velocity, dynamic environment
  • Experience in B2B or B2C marketing within technology, retail, or digital advertising industries
